We collect user data through online contact forms so that we are able to assign the correct team member to it and allow for replying to your requests. We store and use your data soley to contact you.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How we protect your data
All data on our servers is encrypted then backed-up to an offsite location every day. Our systems are protected with firewalls and virus- and malware scanners. Our business and personal computers all use proper anti-virus and online protection and we use a password manager for all sensitive data. We do not store any payment data on our servers.

In case of a data breach the authorities are informed immediately. What steps to follow if soley depending on the outcome of this contact request. We will follow all rules and regulations surrounding data breaches.
What third parties we receive data from
As resellers of SiteLock and SpamExperts software, we receive data from their respective companies when you selected to buy the offerings by these software vendors. We learn what you bought and the duration of any contract that might be in place.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We do not use any of this.
